Shortly after the truce came into effect in Gaza, Palestinians took to streets to celebrate the victory the resistance has achieved following the eight-day offensive which the Zionist entity launched on the besieged enclave.

(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - Hundreds of Gazans celebrated the victory after the truce take effect in 21:00.

“Despite the darkness which prevailed in Gaza because of the blockade, the victory has lightened Gaza strip tonight,” Imad Eid said in his message broadcast during al-Manar’s 23:30 newscast.

“Tonight the Gazans can sleep after eight days of raids and killings across the strip,” Eid added.

"The resistance has triumphed," some youths shouted, alongside chants of "Allahu akbar (God is greatest)."
