(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - "These people were preparing for a terrorist operation in Northern Baghdad when the second brigade's forces affiliated to Iraq's Federal Police identified them and defused their terrorist plot," Spokesman for Baghdad Operations Command Dhia al-Wakeel said.
He said the gunmen have already confessed to attacks on Shula, Jakook and al-Taji districts in Baghdad.
A car bomb, different kinds of explosive devices and weapons with silencers were also confiscated during the police raid on the terrorists in Baghdad, Iraq's Arabic-language al-Rafedain news website reported.
