(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - A member of Iranian parliament Committee on Plan, Budget and Audits stated: "establishing an international joint bank for NAM member states would certainly break the bank monopoly in international system. This is a step toward solving member states' problems."
"Since NAM consists of two third of the world countries, establishing this bank would be a solution to the problem of these countries. Establishing this bank with cooperation of all member states would break the bank monopoly in international system", Yousefian Molla, said a parliament member.
"The bank could help developing countries by means of bank loans and contribute economic growth of the member nations", he reiterated.
He referred to the participation of more than 120 heads of states in Tehran summit, and added: "their disregard of western propaganda and threats showed that NAM members can bring great changes to the international setting whenever they want."
"NAM members' intension to change the structure of international system, particularly the economic structure of the world, could result in emergence of a new order and situation in the world, free from any monopoly on the nations", he concluded.
