(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - Referring to Supreme Leader's proposal on establishing NAM secretariat, an Iranian parliamentary member of the Committee on National Security and Foreign Policy stated: "the secretariat can act as an engine for NAM member states, and reinforce the coherence among them."
"The Supreme Leader's proposal points to the fact that the aforementioned secretariat is not solely for accomplishing correspondence, but it can act to motivate the members to keep their coherence with each other, and to react to international events when needed", Javad Jahangirzadeh said.
"the Supreme Leader's statements on a brief to the history of NAM indicates that he implies to return to the primary goals of NAM and believes the Movement has involved in some inadequacies which have kept the movement away from its main goals; thus, the movement should be reviewed", he expressed.
