Pakistan: Over 20 Shia Muslims arrested, crackdown continues against Shia Muslims in Chiniot

(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - The biased Punjab Police has arrested 20 Shia Muslims of Chiniot on the false charges of terrorism. However the police operation has been continued in Chiniot City against the Shia Muslims to arrest the nominated persons in fake FIR registered by the Police against Shia Muslims.Police raided the houses of Shias and tortured men and elders and took into custody more than 20 Shia men and booked them in the lock-up on the fake FIR registered against them.The Police has registered the FIR against the both sides including more than 100 Shiite Muslims of Chiniot, the brave Shia Muslism of Chiniot had foiled the Punjab Government conspiracy to spread the sectarian hatred in Chiniot organized by terrorists of banned outfit Lashkar-e-Jhangvi. Punjab Government and in particular its law minister Rana Sanaullah are known for patronizing Malik Ishaq and his banned Sipah-e-Sahaba and banned LeJ.Allama Amin Shaheedi and around 100 Shia Muslims were booked on false charges of terrorism in Chiniot.Its pertaining to mention here that the on 7th August 2012 terrorists had attacked the houses of Shia Muslims when Malik Ishaq of banned Lashkar-e-Jhangvi visited Chiniot’s Siddique-e-Akbar mosque./129
