A majority of people in Pakistan believe that the U.S. drone strikes have a negative impact on the country, according to a survey.

(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - The survey conducted by the Global Attitudes project of PEW Research Centre showed that 97 percent of respondents oppose U.S. drone strikes in Pakistan.Ninety-four percent of people believe the attacks kill too many innocent people, the Express Tribune reports.According to the survey, nearly three-quarters, 74 percent, said that drone strikes are not necessary to defend Pakistan from extremist organisations./129
