(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - Thirteen Turkish soldiers were killed and six others wounded while trying to cross the borders into the Iraqi Kurdistan region, a source from the Kurdish group the PKK on Tuesday.“A Turkish force of 40 soldiers attempted to cross the border areas in the border district of Gugharja on Monday (March 26) but fighters from the Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) fought them back, killing 13 and wounding six others,” said a source from the PKK.“Turkish shelling targeted the border areas into the region, including the area of al-Zap, northeastern Duhuk, in which warplanes and mortar shells were used,” he added./129
