Grand Ayatollah Sistani’s Representative in India Passes Away

(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - Ayatollah Sistani’s Representative in India Hojat-ol-Islam Sheikh Muhammad Hussein Nasseri has died.Hojat-ol-Islam Nasseri, who was also prayer leader of Iranians’ mosque in the city of Mumbai died on Friday at the age of 75.He had been hospitalized after a long-time illness and died in Habib hospital.He had studied with great Shia sources of emulation inclduing Imam Khomeini (RA) and grand Ayatollah Khoee.Hojat-ol-Islam Nasseri then return to his native India and started promoting Islam in the Kargil region of Kashmir as well as Aligarh and Alipour.He taught religious sciences in Amir-al-Mumenin (AS) seminary in Mumbai in his later years. /129
