(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - Approved by the Iran's Promotion Council of the Ministry of Health and Medical Education, Halal Research Center is to be inaugurated soon to control the legitimacy of the imported nutritional, hygienic, and cosmetic goods.
Ahmad Sheibani, head of the Organization of Food and Drug, said that the center has already received the ministry’s permission and will include a committee of the officials of the organization, commercial section as well as the ministry’s research deputy.
“The committee is supposed to control medical and hygienic products that are imported to the country, assuring people of their legitimacy,” he went on to say.
Mr. Sheibani further noted that the center’s officials are to be appointed in no time.
