(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - The second imam of a local mosque has been found dead in Yaroslavl, senior aide of the head of the regional division of the Investigative Committee Kristina Guzovskaya told Interfax.
She said that the imam's body had been discovered in the stairway of a residential building in the Dzerzhinsky district of Yaroslavl on Wednesday.
According to the investigation, the crime was committed Tuesday evening. The offender shot the imam several times, once in the head.
Criminal proceedings have been launched.
