(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - Mark Dankof, a former US Senate candidate, on Sunday said “As long as we are doing Israel's bidding and as long as the Israeli lobby controls the American government and the American media to the extent that they do, the American people can plan on paying more outlandish taxes and continue funding Israel's lobby.”
Pointing to Obama administration's threat to veto the Palestinian bid for statehood at the UN, Dankof insisted that “Obama is a tool of the Israeli lobby and that's bad news, and it's doubly bad news for the Palestinian people.”
Washington has repeatedly threatened to veto a bid by the Palestinian Authority to seek statehood for Palestine during the current annual session of the United Nations General Assembly.
The American commentator went on to say that the US is involved in “an armaments production race in conjunction with Israel to defend policies that are absolutely indefensible.”
