The Sixth International Qur’an Exhibition will open in Mashhad on August 24 and will work for a week.

(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - The Sixth International Qur’an Exhibition will open in Mashhad on August 24 and will work for a week.  Deputy director of the exhibit, Farahnaz Amini-Moqaddam told IRNA that the exhibit will be organized in 29 sections including e-publishing, poetry and literature, film screening, visual arts, the Qur’anic studies and education. Other sections featuring Islamic awakening and soft war have also been added for the first time to the previous sections of the event, she said. Experts from Turkey, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Kyrgyzstan and Azerbaijan Republic will take part at the event, she said, noting that so far some 10 Iranian provinces have announced their readiness to attend the event. The participants at the exhibit will present their products in 450 pavilions in an area measuring 12,000 square meters, Amini-Moqaddam said./129
