(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - Developing the culture of Mahdism is one of the major approaches against the soft war waged by the enemies. This is according to Hojat-ol-Islam Seyyed Hossein Hosseini, a researcher at the Specialized Mahdism Research Center in Qom. Speaking in a press conference, he put stress on informing all members of the society, especially the younger generation, about the fundamental aspirations, values, and beliefs of the lofty culture of Mahdism. He said before the enemies’ efforts could influence the religious culture and ideological beliefs of the youth, the younger generation should be made aware of the enemies’ soft war. “If the society is not ready for combating the enemy in the field of soft war, it will fall trap to the cultural bullets of the enemies.” Hojat-ol-Islam Hosseini also called on the related officials to organize Mahdism seminars and sessions with the presence of university and seminary scholars and thinkers to defend the sanctity of Imamat and Vilayat. He stressed that no school of thought can undermine what Islam has offered because Islam has presented comprehensive role models for all age groups. He went on to say that the world arrogance has heavily invested in projects to separate the youth from the culture of Mahdism and thus there should be plans to present the youth with religious and ideological teachings in the cyberspace./129
