(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - Conference on "Hajj and Muslim Unity" wraps up with a statement calling for more unity and solidarity as a blockade against sedition of the enemies.
Religious leaders and Hajj affair representatives of more than 30 countries in the final statement of the conference on "Hajj and Muslim Unity" called all Muslims to follow Muslim commonalities.
This statement called all Muslims to follow Qur'an, lifestyle of the Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) and his household and demanded maintenance of Muslim unity against seditious moves of the enemies.
On the sideline of this conference, Iran's Supreme Leader's office for Hajj affairs and Russia Mufti Council signed a cooperation agreement to expand educational courses, conferences and launching sites related to Hajj.
HujjatulIslam Seyyed Ali Ghazi Askar, Iran's deputy in Hajj affairs in this conference called Hajj as the unifying canon of the Muslim nation and said," All Muslims have to follow their commonalities like holy Qur'an and lifestyle of Ahlul Bayt (household of the Prophet Mohammad (PBUH)).
Still another part of the two-day conference on Hajj was an educational workshop to exchange experiences of Iranian Hajj officials to their counterparts from other countries.
Conference on "Hajj and Muslim Nation" was held in the Tatar capital of Kazan on 7-8 July, 2011.
