Leader of the Islamic Revolution Imam Seyyed Ali Khamenei has considered the uprisings across the region as the clear signs of certain materialization of the promises inserted in the Holy Qur'an.

(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - In a meeting with instructors, judges, memorizers and reciters of the Holy Qur'an in Tehran on Tuesday, Imam Khamenei said that the divinely bestowed book is the most important factor in maintenance of unity, dignity, and grandeur of the Islamic Ummah.

Imam Khamenei said the US and the malicious front of Zionists and their political stooges in the region had not even thought about the uprising of the people in Egypt; however, thanks to the slogans of "God is the Greatest" and Friday Prayers these people moved for the sake of God.

Thus, Imam Khamenei noted, the God Almighty helped them in the way, reiterating that "if God wills, no power can resist."

Imam Khamenei further termed the former era of despotic Iran as 'Iran's of America' and Iran's of Zionists', underscoring that the country's change into a powerful pole in front of the arrogance and Zionism is nothing but a concrete miracle and materialization of the help promise by God.

Imam Khamenei also expressed regret over negligence in the Islamic ummah concerning the huge capacities of the Holy Qur'an in inspiring unity.

Imam Khamenei added, lack of belief in Qur'anic contents and the God's promises is another case of negligence which has practically hindered maintenance of unity, dignity and grandeur of the Islamic Ummah.

Imam Khamenei called on all Muslims to make use of the tremendous capacity of the holy book, the unique prize of God to human beings, in order to maintain unity and solidarity.
