Iran (Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - Terrorism has been presented as one of the most important issues in the international arena which has challenged many countries across the world.

"Terrorism from the View of Islamic Law and International Documents" is written by Dr Seyyed Hossein Hashemi in two sections and 8 chapters.

The first section, under the heading of "Meaning of Terrorism and Analysis of its origins", is in four chapters which defines terrorism, victims of terrorism, role of Iran's legal support in criminal investigation and also origins of terrorism.

The second section of the book is titled "Reconstruction and Compensation of Terrorism Victims" is in four chapters out of which the first chapter is on supporting of the terrorism victims.

The topics for the remaining three chapters of the book include the responsibility of those who commit terrorist attacks, supporting references for the victims and different methods of supporting terrorist victims.

Although Islamic countries, in particular Islamic Republic of Iran, have been a victim of terrorism, they have been accused of supporting or as a main origin of terrorism.

For instance blockade of Iran's assets in the US, passing the bill to compensate terrorist attack victims and illustrating real Islam, origins and solutions to confront international terrorism, supporting victims of terrorism and also making use of the experiences and international documents of other countries in this field can be quite helpful in this field.

Regarding the blind targets of terrorism, victims of this crime are mainly among the most innocent hence it is paramount to particularly support the rights of terrorism victims.

Some of these rights are relevant to prevention of terrorist attacks and this prevention can be carried out through discovering the causes and motivations behind terrorism and some other are related to curing, reconstructing and mental rehabilitation of the victims.
