(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - Referring to the resistance of regional people against criminals, Ayatollah Khatami said given the historical experience that the Holy Quran points out; the regional people will be victorious against the hegemonic system.
Furthermore, Tehran interim Friday Prayer leader said today with US support for Aale Saud and Aale Khalifa, Bahrain has turned into a huge prison, while adding that Aale Saud and Aale Khalifa get one step closer to their annihilation by every single crime that they commit.
In further remarks, Ayatollah Khatami slammed the muted reaction of the UN, Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC), Arab League, and a few Islamic Ulema in the face of mass murder of regional people, while calling on them to break their silence.
Moreover, mentioning the US policies toward popular movements in Middle East, Persian Gulf, and North Africa, Ayatollah Khatami added that the criminal US is the perpetrator behind the regional gory incidents.
On the stands adopted by the Persian Gulf Cooperation Council (PGCC) toward the regional developments, Ayatollah Khatami emphasized that PGCC has turned into a council of cooperation with tyrants, and it plays the role of US executive arm in the region.
Tehran's interim Friday Prayer leader also said that Velayat-e Faqih or Governance of Supreme Jurist is the spinal cord of the sacred Islamic system of Iran, while adding that Iran's Islamic Revolution bore fruit with the guidelines and prudence of the Founder of Islamic Republic of Iran, late Imam Khomeini (May his soul rest in peace).
Referring to Iranian nation's achievements in all domains, including peaceful nuclear technology, Ayatollah Khatami said all the successes in Iran are the outcome of guidelines of Velayat-e Faqih.
