However, in a statement it said it would continue to represent its supporters - whether inside or outside parliament.
"We will continue serving people, especially our voters who are 64pc of the general population, with or without parliament," said the statement.
"We still believe that dialogue is the real solution to the country's problems and it is up to the leadership to come up with grounds for that."
