The statement came after a plan passed Wednesday by the construction board to erect 19 new synagogues in the Har Homa settlement in the southern part of the city.
”The occupation's plan to build new synagogues proves its racism and criminality, and strikes an alarm in the Arab and Islamic world that Jerusalem is in danger and they must take a decisive stance against those dangers,” Radwan said.
Separately, Radwan addressed the 19th consecutive razing of the Negev village of Araqib.
It proves the occupation's racism and determination to take Arab rights, he said.
”The Araqib village residents' determination to rebuild after every demolition signals the Palestinian's roots in their land,” he added.
