The US Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, has announced her support for Jordan and has added that she is enthusiastically waiting to cooperate with the new Jordanian government.

(AhlulBayt News Agency) - Citing the Spokesman for US State Department, Philip Crowley, the US Secretary of State, in a phone conversation with Jordanian King Abdullah II, said that she is enthusiastically waiting to cooperate with the newly-appointed Jordanian Premier, Marouf al-Bakhit, and the members of the new Jordanian cabinet.

The protests and demonstrations in Jordan have been inspired by the uprisings in Tunisia, Egypt, and Yemen.

A number of political circles believe that King Abdullah II has dissolved the Jordanian Cabinet and has called on Marouf al-Bakhit to establish the new Cabinet in order to prevent the emergence of developments similar to those in Tunisia and Egypt.
