Electronic teaching of the holy Quran began by Qatar's Dar-ol-Quran affiliated to the Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs in cooperation with the E-City of Arab countries in Doha.

(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - Electronic teaching of the holy Quran began by Qatar's Dar-ol-Quran affiliated to the Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs in cooperation with the E-City of Arab countries in Doha.

According to Al-Sharq newspaper, Nami bin Yusuf Al-Nami, General Secretary of the electronic city and the supervisor of the teaching project said, “It is for the first time that such a project has been organized under the supervision of the Dar-ol-Quran of the country.

“It is one of the new programs planned with the aim of developing Quran teaching in the world and the users of the online program will benefit from it.”

He added that the program also aims to widely disseminate the concepts and teachings of the Divine Book all over the world.

Ibrahim bin Abdullah Al-Ibrahim, head of the Official Council of the Dar-ol-Quran in Qatar said that the project is considered to be a step towards promoting the motto of the center which is “Quran; Pulse of My Life”.
