According to the center, a group of researchers of the institute have compiled the biographies and bibliographies of the scholars of the first three Hijri centuries in this volume of the collection.
The list of the writers' names, as the entries of the encyclopedia, is alphabetically arranged and the bibliography of each writer such as the place and date of birth, educational background, scientific travels, some of their teachers and pupils, political-social activities, and their works are mentioned under their names.
