(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - Iran Cultural Center in Italy published a translation of Imam Sajjads (AS) "Treaties on Rights" into Italian.
The book has been translated by Mahdi Ayellu and published by Irfan Publications in 1000 copies.
It has an introduction by Akbar Ghowli, who is in charge of the Iranian center in Italy, and an introduction by William C.Chittick.
The scholar writes that although the term right may refer to various concepts such as identity, justice, truth, honesty, need, necessity, duty and obedience depending upon different situations, the book by Imam Sajjad (AS) defines the concept in three categories of duty, compulsion and responsibility; since it regards not only the individual rights but the rights of others which should be respected by every individual.
He further refers to the rights of the body parts which the Imam has noted in the book saying that: "the parts of the body have their own rights because they help man in his path to salvation."
