"We can see that some tools – said to be judicial tools – could inflict a major strife on the country," Jumblatt told a student delegation representing his Progressive Socialist Party and Speaker Nabih Berri's AMAL Movement.
He hailed the students' alliance victory at the Lebanese American University (LAU). "What happened (student alliance) was the result of the return to the roots after the bold decision taken on August 2, 2009," Jumblatt told the students who visited him in Mukhtara. "I have great confidence in you and us and all Islamic and national forces … I am confident that victory is ours. We have no fear," he added.
