According to Al-Khalij newspaper, the copies were given to Ibn Taymiyyeh Center in Togo, Cultural- Spiritual Association for Orphans in Burundi, Al-Hoda Wan-Noor Center in Morris and Dar-ol-Bir Association in Senegal.
They have been given to students and teachers of these countries in line with the objectives of the association to promote Quran memorization and to support Quran memorization centers.
Yusuf Al-Yatim, vice president of the Committee for Supporting Teachers and Students of the UAE said that the committee will spare no efforts to serve the holy Quran.
“In cooperation with the Office for Islamic and Charity Affairs in Dubai, the Quran copies were distributed in mosques, scientific centers and centers for Quran memorization in African countries,” he added.
