(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - A session was held in the holy city of Qom this week in which the Quran Competitions Judgment Software was assessed.
The session was attended by Quran scholars Shariar Parhizgar, Ali Akbar Hanifi, Ali Akbar Heshmati, Hojat-ol-Islam Mohammad Reza Sharifi and Hossein Assadi.
The software has been produced by the Al-Mustafa International University’s scholars to facilitate judgments in Quranic contests.
It is the first in its kind in the Islamic world, where dozens of Quranic competitions are held at national and international levels annually.
The software is expected to be received well both in the country and elsewhere. Its pilot version will be used at the Quran and Hadith Olympiad of Al-Mustafa International University later this month.
