In a meeting with the Basij forces of Qom Province, Imam Seyyed Ali Khamenei reiterated that during the Western-incited unrest many in the country erred in their judgment and others eventually corrected their mistakes but it was the Basij that insightfully remained on the just path.
Imam Khamenei urged the Basij forces to continue making efforts to struggle with selfish traits, adding that one of the ways to correctly recognize the true nature of events is to observe and analyze the enemy's plots and agenda.
Imam Khamenei again emphasized that today one of the main strategies of the enemy is to present events in a negative light within the framework of a soft war.
Imam Khamenei pointed to the widespread enemy propaganda aimed at distorting the realities of Islamic Iran and stressed that such efforts are indicative of their extreme weakness in confronting the enormous progress made by the Iranian nation and officials.
