Two Palestinian workers have been injured in an attack by Israeli forces in the northern Gaza Strip city of Beit Hanoun.
Gaza has been under a crippling siege imposed by the Israeli regime on the impoverished enclave over the past years.
Adding to the Gazans' plight, Israeli forces launch regular airstrikes against the tunnels they have built under the border with Egypt to procure their basic needs they cannot import through controlled crossings.
Israeli forces also target Palestinians in the north of the coastal sliver near the separation fence with Israel, usually on alleged suspicions of military movements.
Israel has repeatedly assaulted Palestinians in the Gaza Strip since its deadly December 2008-January 2009 offensive against the territory which killed more than 1,400 Palestinians.
