Tuesday marks the 10th anniversary of second Al-Aqsa Intifada

Ahlul Bayt News Agency ; More than 6,370 Palestinian people have been martyred by Israeli regime since the outbreak of the second Palestinian Intifada or uprising 10 years ago this month, rights group said Monday.

Of the 6.371 Palestinian dead, 1,317 were minors, Israeli B'Tselem human rights group said in a statement.

According the group, Palestinian fighter killed 1,083 Israelis during the same period. 

Palestinians say the killing was in natural response to Zionist regime’s aggressions against Palestinian people.

Tuesday marks the 10th anniversary of Ariel Sharon's controversial visit to the flashpoint Al-Aqsa mosque compound in Al-Quds Old City, an event widely seen as sparking the second Intifada, or uprising.
