Ahlul Bayt News Agency, A report published by the Lebanese Ad-Diyar newspaper on Tuesday said the suspect, identified by his initials as T. B., was nabbed in a raid on his house in Mansourieh, north Metn, the Naharnet news portal said.
Police confiscated the personal computer of the suspect, who reportedly returned to Lebanon a week ago.
The latest arrest brings to five the number of Lebanese telecom personnel charged with spying for Israel.
Since April 2009, Lebanon has arrested nearly 100 people, including members of the country's security forces and telecom personnel, on suspicion of spying for Mossad.
The counter-espionage operation, carried out in cooperation with Hezbollah's resistance movement, has dealt a serious blow to Israel intelligence gathering in Lebanon.
Some of the suspects have confessed to helping Israel with the identification of targets inside Lebanon -- generally members of the resistance group Hezbollah -- which Tel Aviv bombed during its 2006 war against the country.
