Ahlul Bayt News Agency (ABNA.ir), The members are expected to spend three days in Gaza to evaluate judicial actions undertaken by Hamas and Israeli occupation authorities after the conclusion of “Operation Cast Lead” (2008 Israeli aggression against Gaza) and the subsequent Goldstone report.
The Goldstone report accused Israel of committing war crimes during the 22-day war and the report panel recommended that the cases documented be transferred to the International Criminal Court in the Hague if Israel investigation of war conduct was deemed insufficient. The report also accused Hamas of “war crimes”.
