A series of Quran memorization contests started in Islamic-cultural centers in the German cities of Wulsburgh and Belsburgh.
According to Ahlul Bayt News Agency(ABNA.ir), the contests have been organized by the secretariat of Sharjah Awqaf and Islamic Affairs general office. Starting on June 8, they are held for teenagers at different levels of Quran memorization.
Winners will be given precious awards along with certificates of honor during a special ceremony.
The secretariat is also going to hold Quran memorization contests in Islamic-cultural centers in the Spanish city of Granada.
