ABNA24 - The Secretary-General of Iraq's Kata'ib Sayyid al-Shuhada (Battalions of the Master of Martyrs) has called on the command of the Islamic Resistance Axis to target the Israeli regime in response to the bombing of Lebanon and the violation of a recently announced ceasefire..

Abu Alaa al-Walai, speaking on Wednesday, urged a coordinated response after the Israeli regime breached the ceasefire that was declared overnight between Iran and the United States. He stressed that the battle against Israel and the regimes that have normalized ties with it must continue.

In a statement, al-Walai described Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu as "defeated," accusing him of carrying out massacres against defenseless Lebanese people in an attempt to conceal his historic defeat at the hands of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Axis of Resistance in the fourth "True Promise" Operation.

"The mujahideen brothers in the command operations room of the Axis and the unification of fronts must respond to the usurping regime that has violated the ceasefire and killed our innocent and defenseless people in Lebanon," al-Walai said. He warned that the Israeli regime must pay the price through a unified and resounding response from all forces of the Axis.

The Kata'ib Sayyid al-Shuhada leader emphasized that the Axis of Resistance possesses significant means to respond to "Zionist atrocities" against the Lebanese people. "We will shatter their false arrogance," he added.

Al-Walai also stressed the necessity of keeping the battle front open against the usurping regime, which he said respects no international laws. He further called for confronting normalization regimes that serve Israeli interests, specifically naming the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, and other countries in the region.
