Majlis-e-Ulama-e-Hind Expresses Grief Over Demise of Maulana Anees al- Ahsan

Kalbe Jawad Naqvi, General Secretary of Majlis-e-Ulama-e-Hind, has expressed deep sorrow over the demise of Hujjat-ul-Islam Maulana Syed Anees al- Ahsan Zaidi, calling his passing an irreparable loss not only for his family but for the entire Muslim community.

AhlulBayt News Agency: Kalbe Jawad Naqvi, General Secretary of Majlis-e-Ulama-e-Hind, has expressed deep sorrow over the demise of Hujjat-ul-Islam Maulana Syed Anees Ahsan Zaidi, calling his passing an irreparable loss not only for his family but for the entire Muslim community.

In his condolence message, he said that the death of a religious scholar creates a void that cannot be filled. Quoting Imam Jafar al-Sadiq (A.S), he stated: “When a scholar dies, a breach is created in Islam that cannot be repaired until the Day of Judgment.”

He said that the news of Maulana Syed Anees Ahsan Zaidi’s passing caused deep grief and shock. His departure from this temporary world is a great loss not only for his family but for the entire Muslim Ummah. The late scholar devoted his life to the service of Islam through education and training, social reform, and the promotion of community activities. His speeches reflected sincerity, his thinking was balanced, and his personality was marked by simplicity and dignity. He played a valuable role in uniting hearts, strengthening mutual brotherhood, and awakening religious awareness among people.

Maulana Kalbe Jawad Naqvi prayed that Almighty God grant forgiveness to the departed soul and raise his status in the company of the infallible Imams (A.S). He extended heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family, especially to his son, Hujjat-ul-Islam Maulana Syed Najeeb-ul-Hasan Zaidi.

He further prayed in the name of Prophet Muhammad and Ahlul Bayt (A.S) that God grant patience and strength to the children, family members, and associates of the late scholar. He described the tragedy as undoubtedly irreparable but expressed hope that his son, Maulana Syed Najeeb-ul-Hasan Zaidi, through his services and thoughtful leadership, will continue his father’s mission and further illuminate his intellectual legacy.

The message concluded with prayers for patience and perseverance for all those affected by this great loss.
