A scientific conference on “Eid Al-Ghadir” will be held by the Iranian Cultural Center in Germany at Iran embassy in Berlin.

Slated for December 4, the conference will be attended by Muslim scholars, German intellectuals, students and teachers of the various fields on study of Islam as well as those interested in teachings of Ahl-ul-Bayt (AS).

Islamophobia, Shia studies, the three pioneer women in Islam, Muslim minority in Germany- particularly Shia Muslims of the country- research studies on Shia Islam in German universities and the role of Ghadir in today’s life will be the themes of discussion at the event.


Sheikh Attar, Iranian ambassador to Germany, Aslam Seed, university lecturer in Germany and the US, Wolf D. Ahmad Aries, associate professor in German universities, Prof. Udo Steinbach, lecturer at Philip’s University of Marburg and Hojjat-ol-Islam Ramezani, head of the Islamic Center of Hamburg and Imam of the center will present lecturers at the conference.
