AhlulBayt News Agency: The head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (A.E.O.I.), Mohammad Eslami, stated on Friday that Iranian scientists and experts will firmly protect the nation’s scientific achievements and national interests.
In his message, Eslami praised the Iranian people and Armed Forces for their resilience in the face of attacks by the Israeli regime and the United States. He emphasized that such aggression will not diminish Iran’s resolve to defend its sovereignty and territorial integrity.
He pointed out that the attacks specifically targeted nuclear facilities, all of which are under constant supervision by the International Atomic Energy Agency (I.A.E.A.).
Eslami stressed that these assaults are not just attacks on Iran’s domestic nuclear industry, but also clear violations of international law.
He further criticized the I.A.E.A. Director General for failing to condemn the attacks, calling this silence a breach of the agency’s own regulations and charter.
