A Holy Quran interpretation software produced in the City of Qom was chosen as the best in the Middle East and Arab world by World Summit Award (WSA) in Mexico.

The World Summit Award is the global initiative to select and promote the world’s best e-content and innovative ICT applications. It was started in 2003 by the United Nations.

Head of Communication and Publicity Department of Research Center in Qom told that the WSA’s decision was an honor for the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Gholamreza Rahmani said the official letter of WSA and a plaque of honor have been sent to the head of Research Center for Digital Islamic Sciences in Qom.
