According to Awa news agency, head of the academy announced that the conference aims to commemorate the great character of Imam Jafar Sadeq (AS), sixth Imam of Shia Muslims.
He called on Muslim authors and intellectuals to send their papers on Imam Sadeq’s (AS) life and character to the academy.
On the sideline of the conference, a number of Afghanistan’s scientific figures and thinkers will be honored.
The deadline for sending papers is September 1 and the conference will be held on October 14.
