AhlulBayt News Agency - A Palestinian young man was injured Tuesday evening after an Israeli settler in a car ran him over in Salfit in occupied West Bank.
Speaking to the Palestine news reporter, a local activist identified the injured young man as Hani Abadat from Salfit city.
The injured was taken to a local hospital in Nablus, the sources added.
Israeli settlers have notably increased their attacks on Palestinian people and their properties under Israeli forces’ protection.
