AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): The Yemeni Armed Forces on Tuesday carried out a rocket attack on the Saudi-led collation forces in the city of Marib, the Yemeni army spokesman said in a statement.
The army spokesman, Brigadier General Yahya Sarei, affirmed in a statement that Sahn Al-Jin camp and the third military region in the city were accurately targeted with two Badr-1 ballistic missiles.
Sarei said dozens of the coalition mercenaries were killed and wounded, including commanders, in the operation.
The spokesman denied reported circulated by the aggression coalition outlets about targeting civilian sites, adding that, “Our missile and drone strikes target clear and known military sites, and we are taking all necessary operational measures to protect civilians and civilian objects.”
On Tuesday evening, Saudi military aircraft carried out an airstrike against the Majzar district in Yemen’s Ma’rib Province, but there were no immediate reports of casualties or material damage.
Saudi warplanes also pounded the Sirwah district in the same Yemeni province on more than two dozen occasions, though no reports about possible human and material losses were quickly available.
Earlier in the day, a civilian lost his life and three others sustained injuries when Saudi fighter jets bombarded Bani Makki area in the Abs district of the northern Yemeni Province of Hajjah.
