AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Israeli premier Benjamin Netanyahu has announced his intent to visit on Sunday the Palestinian village of Susya, east of Yatta city in al-Khalil, amid Palestinian calls for participating in a rally in protest at attempts to Judaize the area.
Netanyahu’s office said that he would visit the village to inaugurate an archeological site belonging to a Jewish settlement in the area.
In this regard, “Youth Against Settlement” urged Palestinian citizens and officials to march to Susya to stand by its residents and protest Israel’s attempts to Judaize their village and its vicinity.
The local residents of Susya have been exposed to an Israeli displacement and demolition campaign for long years, and its farmers and shepherds are systematically attacked and terrorized by settlers and soldiers.
