AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): The great event “Call of Unity Poetry Evenings” will be held by the Poetry and Literature Department of Iranian seminaries, with the participation of more than 60 prominent poets of the Islamic world.

In this regard, during an interview with ABNA News Agency, Hojat ​​al-Islam Sayed Salman Alavi, the Secretary of the Poetry and Literature Department of Iranian Seminaries stated, “On the occasion of the auspicious days of the birth anniversary of the Holy Prophet (p.b.u.h), Islamic Unity week, and simultaneously with the “National Day of Persian Poetry and Literature”, a series of virtual poetic sessions will be held with the presence of more than 60 prominent poetry and literature figures.”

For this event, six poetry sessions have been planned in the evenings of Islamic Unity Week, all of which will be held on the Iranian platform Virasty, Alavi remarked.

“During this event, sixty of the prominent poets of the Islamic world from Iran, Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, Egypt, India, Pakistan, Afghanistan, and some European countries will recite their poems in praise of the Holy Prophet (p.b.u.h),” he added, “They will also discuss the issue of unity among Muslims and the problems of the Islamic world.”

It is worth mentioning that the opening ceremony of the great event “Call of Unity” will be held on Monday evening, September 16, 2024, at 10 p.m.

Those interested in poetry and literature can follow this series of virtual sessions until September 21, coinciding with the birth anniversary of the Holy Prophet (p.b.u.h), on the Iranian platform Virasty, on the Virava forum.

In the end, Alavi expressed hope that holding such programs on Iranian platforms can lead to maximum interaction between poets and intellectuals in the Islamic world.
