AhlulBayt News Agency: The Host Restaurant Department at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine revealed that more than three thousand meals are provided to visitors daily.
"The host restaurant of the holy shrine provides more than (3000) meals to visitors of the shrines of Imam al-Hussayn and his brother Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon them) from Sunday to Wednesday,"said the official of the travel organization unit in the Department, Mr. Mohammed Al-Lawandi.
He explained that" on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, there is an increase in the number of meals distributed to visitors to the city of Karbala, reaching (5000) meals a day, "pointing out that"the host restaurant provides daily about (1200) take-out meals other than those distributed through cards."
As for the mechanism of obtaining host restaurant cards, he explained that they are delivered to visitors through the host restaurant centers, including the center located on Al-Hawra Zaynab Street (peace be upon her), which provides take-out meals and cards, as the visitor has a choice between getting the meal or the entrance card to the host restaurant of the holy shrine".
