AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Ayatollah Arafi, the head of Iran’s seminaries, met with Iraqi scholar Ayatollah Shaykh Muhammad al-Sanad, one of the scientific personalities of Najaf seminary.
Head of Iran’s Seminary Ayatollah Alireza Arafi met with Ayatollah Shaykh Muhammad al-Sanad, one of the academic figures of Najaf seminary on Friday, June 9.
In this meeting, Ayatollah al-Sanad, while appreciating the transformative projects of Iranian seminaries, especially the entry of seminaries into new specialized fields and familiarization of seminaries with Islamic humanities, listed new Islamic fields and specializations among the necessities of seminaries.
The professor of Najaf seminary also highlighted the seminary's familiarity with new technologies and digital services as one of the advantages of the seminary and evaluated the progress of the seminary in the field of artificial intelligence and the use of new technologies very well.
The Iraqi scholar emphasized the importance of new courses such as beliefs and interpretation as well as other new courses of seminaries.
Ayatollah Alireza Arafi, Head of Iran’s Seminary, honored Ayatollah al-Sanad's valuable scientific efforts in various fields of Islamic sciences, including jurisprudence and interpretation, and praised the Ayatollah’s positive and open outlook and presented a report on the activities and programs of Iranian seminaries.
