AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): On Thursday morning, March 2, 2023, during a ceremony at the conference hall of the Assembly in Qom, four products of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly on the web platform, namely Comprehensive Rahnama Portal, Digital Library of the Assembly, AhlulBayt (a.s.) Research Network on the Google Scholar platform, and Seraj Cultural-Propagational Digital Special Issue, were unveiled.
In this ceremony, while welcoming the guests, the Director General of the Department for Studies and Research of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly stated, “The mission of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly is to convey the message of the Prophet’s Progeny (a.s.) to the people of the world, which must be realized through using modern means. Therefore, considering the emphasis of the Secretary General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, we have taken steps towards using advanced means for the dissemination of Shiite Ma’arif.”
“In this regard, the unveiling of the products and works of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly on virtual space was organized, and the first unveiling ceremony was for the Naba book reader application and the activity of WikiShia in 7 new languages. Today’s ceremony, as the second unveiling meeting for the products and works of the Assembly, is dedicated to unveiling the Comprehensive Rahnama Portal, Digital Library of the Assembly, AhlulBayt (a.s.) Research Network on Google Scholar platform, and Seraj Cultural-Propagational Digital Special Issue,” Hojat al-Islam Tavana added.
“To reduce costs and remove restrictions, the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly is trying to use the features of virtual space and media to spread Shiite teachings in the world. The Assembly also intends to act as a headquarters and benefit from the capacities of other cultural-religious institutions with a managerial approach,” said Hojat al-Islam Tavana, Director General of the Department for Studies and Research of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly at the end of his speech.
