AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): At the international conference “Ambassadors of the Sun” attended by the clerics of the African countries in the Holy Mosque of Jamkaran, while pointing out that “The Shiites of Africa should be ambassadors of the shining sun of AhlulBayt (a.s.) after returning to their countries,” Ayatollah Mohammad Hassan Akhtari said, “You are the ambassadors of the “Sun Behind the Veil of the Clouds” in the era of the Occultation, that is Imam Mahdi (a.s.), and you should fulfill the significant mission you have on your shoulders.”
“You are the messengers of the Islamic Revolution and Islam in your countries,” he said, “African Shiites should make the most of the opportunity that the Islamic Revolution has provided them with the resourcefulness of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution and perform their missionary duties in the best way in their countries.”
“The people of the world should know that their savior is one of the descendants of the Prophet of Islam (p.b.u.h), that is, Imam Mahdi (a.s.). They should know that a reformer will appear from Almighty God to save mankind. Today, humanity should be familiar with Awaiting and Reappearance (of Imam Mahdi),” expressed the Chairman of the Supreme Council of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly.
Emphasizing that Awaiting the Reappearance is promising for humanity, Ayatollah Akhtari went on to say, “A person who waits for the Reappearance and Return of Imam Mahdi (a.s.) is like a person who was martyred on the path of that Imam.”
“There are many verses in the Holy Quran that referred to AhlulBayt (a.s.). According to Quranic verses, the earth will be inherited by the righteous, and the leader of these righteous will be Imam Mahdi (a.s.),” he said in the end.
