AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): The spokesman for the Yemeni Armed Forces, Brigadier Yahya Sare'e, on Saturday, announced that the Army and Popular Committees have cleared Thi Na'im district of Al- Baidha province of Al-Qaeda and Daesh forces.
Brigadier Sare'e said in a statement: "With the help of Allah the Army and the Popular Committees have completely cleared and gained control of Thi Na'im district of Al- Baidha province from Al-Qaeda and Daesh forces, in a successful military operation.
He pointed out that the intelligence of the aggression forces had suffered heavy losses of lives and equipment, and large numbers of military equipment were seized.
He pointed out that "this operation comes within the framework of the qualitative military operations that are launched in the fifth year of victory, coinciding with the first anniversary of the martyrdom of President Al-Sammad".
He also praised the support of sheikhs and sons of Thi Na'im district and their standing by the Army and Committees to clear and secure their district of terrorism individuals and US-Saudi mercenaries.
