Azeri-Speaking Pilgrims Attended Cultural, Nowruz Programs of Imam Reza Holy Shrine

Director of Non-Iranian Pilgrims Affairs of Astan Quds Razavi said, “On occasion of the new year and Fatemieh mourning days the Razavi holy shrine is the host of foreign pilgrims specially the Turkish Azeri-speakers.”

According to the reports issued from Astan Quds Razavi website, Seyed Muhammad Javad Hasheminejad said, “Management of Non-Iranian Pilgrims Affairs considering the certain effectiveness of the holy shrine and huge crowd attending in there tries to develop its activity through making connection with international individuals and institutions as well as using the cyber space.”

“Lectures, stating religious injunctions, congregative prayers, reciting pilgrimage prayers, panegyrizing, knowing the holy shrine classes, displaying film, training classes, and visiting the museum are among the cultural-propagative activities specific to this group of pilgrims that during Nowruz are to be held in Azeri and Istanbul Turkish as well as Russian”, he pointed out.

“Such issues as bonds of relationship and friendship according to the Ahl al-Bayt (A.S.) conduct and traditions, pathway of spiritual change in the permanent cycle (toward the best mood), the new year and reviewing the behavior and morality according to the traditions of the Ahl al-Bayt (A.S.), Nowruz and renewal of both nature and soul, self-refinement and acquisition of insight, role of Hazrat Zahra (A.S.) in preservation and revival of the religion, and explanation on desirable manners and rituals during Fatemieh days will be discussed in these days for foreign pilgrims”, he reiterated.

“Muhammad Qasemove, Towhid Ebrahimi, Amin Jajiov, Yunes Abbasov, Karim Zeinalzadeh, and Peiman Hamrang are the experts and professors of these special programs”, he pointed out.
