The Iraqi Ministry of Human Rights said on Wednesday, that ISIS terrorist organization has replaced flogging by a fine due to the close many of its supply roads after security forces backed by popular crowds and clans liberated the areas controlled by ISIS organization.
The ministry said in a statement quoting eyewitnesses that ISIS during the past three days and according to the instructions circulated in areas that ISIS has controlled and replaced flogging by a fine with the US dollar.
The ministry said that the fine ($ 25) was in return to cancel flogging that forced many citizens to pay such a fine to get rid of punishment due to false claims.
In a related development, the ministry said that ISIS detonated 11 houses belong to citizens of a village on charges of resisting ISIS gangs and carry out attacks against the elements.
