The head of the Supreme Iraqi Islamic Council, Ammar al-Hakim, stressed the democratic concept of authority.
Via his Facebook page, he said "Because we believe that real power is the one that is with and for the people, we will always be with the country and the citizens; they are our biggest and strongest fort."
